Intercultural checks the forms, then sends applicants another application documents.
Applicants fill in the application documents and send them back to Inter- Cultural.
Intercultural examines the application documents, and then submits documents of immigration to the Tokyo Immigration Bureau.
Immigration bureau makes pre-screenings for issuing certificates admitting aliens into Japan.
The pre-screening result is informed to Intercultural.
Intercultural informs applicants of the result.
Successful applicants pay the fees to Intercultural.
Intercultural sends the “Certificate of Eligibility” to the successful applicants.
Applicants apply to Japanese Embassies or Consulates in their countries for student visa.
After obtaining student visa, applicants can visit Japan and enter Inter- Cultural.
- Applicants who live in the countries where our branch offices are located, should contact our branch office directly.
- Please note that if you have someone who lives in Japan helping you with your application, that person is required to come to Inter Cultural Institute of Japan Several times.
