Admission Procedure to Long-term course

6 months
and half

 check     Applicants fill in the form and send it to Intecultural Institute of Japan.
  check   Intercultural checks the forms, then sends applicants another application documents.
check     Applicants fill in the application documents and send them back to Intercultural.
Before
5 months		   check   Intercultural examines the application documents, and then submits documents of immigration to the Tokyo Immigration Bureau.
Before
1 month
and half		     check Immigration bureau makes pre-screenings for issuing certificates admitting aliens into Japan. The pre-screening result is informed to Intercultural.
  check   Intercultural informs applicants of the result.
Before
1 month		 check     Successful applicants pay the fees to Intercultural.
    check   Intercultural sends the “Certificate of Eligibility” to the successful applicants.
  check     Applicants apply to Japanese Embassies or Consulates in their countries for student visa.
  check     After obtaining student visa, applicants can visit Japan and enter the school.
  • Applicants who live in the countries where our branch offices are located, should contact our branch office directly.
  • Please note that if you have someone who lives in Japan helping you with your application, that person is required to come to Inter Cultural Institute of Japan Several times.
