Contract

• Room reservations are renewable every three months and the renewal fee of 10,000 yen along with the three mont rent is required at the time of renewal.
• Period of contract: 1) 3/26~6/25, 2)6/26~9/25, 3)9/26~12/26, 4)12/26~3/25. Basically, according to three month periods listed above.
• If the full amount is not paid at the time of reservation, then a 20,000 yen extra deposit is required in addition to the normal fees.
